I'm Allison Gleichman. I'm a therapist in Denver, Colorado. I've been working with tweens, teens, and adults for over fifteen years; I began my career as a teacher but realized that I was more interested in connecting with others, helping them feel seen and supported, and helping them make change than I was at teaching them literary analysis. I have been working in counseling since 2017.
I founded Heart First Therapy in 2022 as a way to help adolescents and adults figure out what's not working and how to change that. As a neurodivergent and 2e person myself, I get some of the challenges and the strengths that come with neurodivergence, but I meet you where you are to learn what your lived experiences are, and then we go from there.
