Services & Fees

I offer individual counseling services for adolescents (ages 15 and up) and adults. My rates are $190 per 50 minute session. I take payment via credit card, cash, check, HSA, and FSA. My sliding scale spots are available via Open Path Collective, though currently those are full. 

I see clients on Mondays and Thursdays but can schedule consultations on other days. 

I offer sessions in person in Denver (near I25 and Colorado Boulevard) and via telehealth so that I am able to provide services to anyone in Colorado.  I also offer walk and talk sessions in Denver's Harvard Gulch Park.

Because I am not a Medicaid provider, I cannot offer services to anyone with mental health coverage through Medicaid. 

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

While I am not in network with any insurance company, I can provide a superbill upon request that you can submit for potential reimbursement; you will need to contact your insurance company to determine if this might be an option for you. Many people have excellent out-of-network benefits that can potentially reduce the out-of-pocket cost to potentially lower than some sliding scale counseling rates.

Here are some questions you can ask your insurance company to determine what your benefits are.

• Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage? Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?

• What is my out-of-network deductible?

• How much of my deductible has been met this year?

• Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?

• What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions are covered per session?

• How much will I be reimbursed for a 45 minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834)? A 53 minute session (CPT code: 90837)? 

• How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

• How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?
