These experiences are designed for people who want faster progress, who don't have a schedule that allows for weekly sessions, who don't feel comfortable talking about their pain, or who just want to do something DIFFERENT. Brainspotting is a therapeutic modality that allows processing up to 500 times more quickly and more deeply than standard talk therapy. An intensive format gives you the time to go as deep as you need to without getting pulled out.
In a Brainspotting Intensive, you and I will meet three to four times, by telehealth or in person, depending on your preference.
First - a 50 minute intake session up to three weeks before your therapy intensive.
Second - 1 or 2 three-hour intensive processing sessions to release the anxiety, stress, trauma, or anger you've been experiencing.
Third - an integration session 1-2 weeks after the intensive processing to discuss the relief you're experiencing and how to continue your journey.
You'll also get a personalized workbook to help you prep for the experience.
Brainspotting intensive fees are $1600 for 1 three-hour session or $2500 for 2 three-hour sessions. These intensive processing sessions occur on Fridays.
