With a combined 26 years of working in school systems, we understand the stress you're under and we’re here to help you thrive! You deserve a 2026 that allows you to feel rejuvenated and ready for what might come; we'll help you set yourself up for it.
Once you register, you'll receive additional details about the day and the exact location. This event will be trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence affirming, and anti-racist. If you work in/for a school, district, or educational organization, we consider you an educator.
Doors will open at 9:30am with retreat content beginning at 10am.

Facilitator Bios:
Allison Gleichman, MA, LPCC, LSC, NCC (she/her)
Allison is a psychotherapist in private practice, specializing in supporting gifted, 2e, and neurodivergent clients dealing with stress, anxiety, and general overwhelm. Allison spent 18 years working in the public school system as a teacher, instructional coach, and school counselor, from kindergarten through 12th grade; she has worked in both Title I and affluent schools and in alternative and traditional environments. She holds master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, and Secondary English. Allison is deeply relational, passionate about wellness, and adores educators of all levels and focuses. She knows that we can't put students first if we put teachers last and can't wait to help you put yourself first.
Monica Padilla, MA, LPC (she/her/ella)
Monica is a Mental Health Therapist with Denver Health School-Based Clinics in Denver Public Schools , bringing over 20 years of experience in school and community mental health. She spent six years as a Trauma-Informed Practices Consultant for Denver Public Schools, supporting educators in creating safe, connected, and healing-centered classrooms. Monica holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and a 500-hour Breathe for Change yoga certification for educators, blending trauma-informed practice with mindfulness and restorative wellness. She also serves as a commissioner for the Denver Latino Commission and the Denver Women’s Commission. Monica is passionate about educator wellness and believes that when educators are restored, entire school communities rise.
